For citizens of the European Union and persons with refugee status in Romania who wish to enroll in the Romanian Language Preparatory Year as part of the 2026 admission process, please send the scanned documents to office_fils@upb.ro between 22 June 2026 and 31 July 2026 in order to obtain the CNRED recognition certificate.
The required documents are:
- High school diploma – original and translation;
- High school transcript – original and translation;
- Medical certificate;
- Birth certificate – copy;
- Passport – copy;
- Residence permit – copy;
- Proof of payment of the 125 RON application fee, paid online to one of the University’s bank accounts.
After obtaining the CNRED certificate, which you will receive by e-mail, you must come to the FILS Secretariat (JE 105) between September 23-25, from 11:00 to 14:00, to submit the application file.
The application file (in a cardboard folder) must contain:
- High school diploma – original and translation;
- High school transcript – original and translation;
- CNRED certificate – received by e-mail;
- Medical certificate;
- Birth certificate – copy;
- Passport – copy;
- Residence permit – copy;
- Two passport photographs;
- Proof of payment of the 125 RON application fee, paid online to one of the University’s bank accounts;
- Proof of payment of the 50 RON enrollment fee, paid online to one of the University’s bank accounts.
The tuition fee for the 2026–2027 academic year is 6.200 RON and must be paid in full upon enrollment.
