IMPORTANT: Starting with the 2026–2027 academic year, the entire accommodation process will be carried out exclusively online. Students will not need to visit the faculty in person to receive their dormitory assignment.
21-23 September 2026
Step 1 – During this period, the Accommodation Committee will review the applications submitted by students on the studenti.pub.ro platform. Students will be notified of their dormitory assignment through the platform, where the assigned place, room, and dormitory will be displayed.
Step 2 – After receiving their assignment, students must pay accommodation fee for October 2026, exclusively through their personal account on the studenti.pub.ro platform, by accessing the Payments (Plăți) section. Payments by bank transfer are no longer accepted, either for accommodation fee or for future payments.
Step 3 – After the dormitory fee has been paid through the studenti.pub.ro platform, the electronic accommodation contract will become available.
Step 4– The student and the Vice-Dean responsible (Cătălina Dobre – catalina.dobre@upb.ro) for accomodation will electronically sign the contract through the studenti.pub.ro platform.
Important notes!
1. Failure to pay the accommodation fee by 23 September 2026 will result in the loss of the accommodation assignment, and the accommodation contract will not be issued.
2. Any payment made by bank transfer is considered invalid and cannot be refunded or recovered.
3. Before making the payment through the studenti.pub.ro platform, students must ensure that they have selected the correct payment category for the accommodation fee (Categoria de plată pentru regia de cămin) and have uploaded all required supporting documents, including the Letter of Acceptance for Studies.

24-27 September 2026
Students whose accommodation contracts have been validated (electronically signed) through studenti.pub.ro must report in person to the P23 Dormitory Administration Office.
This visit is required to take possession of the assigned place and complete the accommodation process.

Students currently residing in P23 Dormitory who do not report to the P23 Dormitory Administration Office by 27 September 2026 to complete the accommodation process will be required to vacate their rooms on Monday, 28 September 2026.
