Call for applications – France Excellence Roumanie Scholarships

The call for applications for the France Excellence Roumanie Scholarships – Scholarships of the French Government has been launched, aimed at academic and scientific mobility in France for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The programme is primarily intended for:
– master’s degree students
– doctoral candidates in joint supervision (cotutelle)
– early-career researchers, as well as confirmed researchers, within the framework of scientific mobility in France

The application deadline is 6 March 2026.
