IMPORTANT: Starting with the 2026–2027 academic year, the entire accommodation process will be carried out exclusively online. Students will not need to visit the faculty in person to receive their dormitory assignment.
Step 1 – Activate your account on the myupb.ro platform.
Please activate your student account on the myupb.ro platform and make sure that you are able to access it successfully.
Step 2 – Submit your accommodation request.
Log in to the studenti.pub.ro platform using your student account and submit your accommodation request.
Step 3 – Send the confirmation by email to the Vice-Dean responsible (Cătălina Dobre – catalina.dobre@upb.ro).
After successfully submitting your accommodation request, please send an email to catalina.dobre@upb.ro confirming that the application has been submitted. Please make sure to attach your Letter of Acceptance to the email.
Step 4 – Receive your accommodation allocation.
The accommodation allocation will be issued within the same day. You will be informed of the dormitory and room assigned to you.
Step 5 – Pay the accommodation fee.
Once you have received your accommodation allocation, please access your student account and make the required payment through the “Payments” section.
Step 6 – Check in at the assigned dormitory.
After completing the payment, please go to the assigned dormitory in order to complete the accommodation/check-in formalities.
