The validation of the admission file, confirmation of the obtained place, completion of the enrollment application, request for optional participation in the internal redistribution process and enrollment of provisionally admitted candidates will take place at FILS Media Library – JA102A, during the following period: 01 August 2026 – 02 August 2026 (08:00 – 16:00).
For completing the enrollment process, admitted candidates must ensure that they complete the following steps:
- Validation of the admission file
- Confirmation of the obtained place
- Completion of the enrollment application
- Request for participation in the internal redistribution process (optional)
- Payment of the applicable fees, if required:
– enrollment fee – 50 lei
– advance payment of the tuition fee for candidates admitted to fee-paying places – 500 lei - Signing the study contract
The enrollment fee and the advance payment of the tuition fee can be paid online from the candidate’s account or directly through the university’s bank accounts.

☐ Baccalaureate diploma and transcript of records – original
☐ Documents certifying outstanding results in olympiads/competitions, if applicable
☐ Proof of payment of the admission registration fee, if applicable
☐ Admission application form, signed by the candidate
☐ Declaration on own responsibility regarding the accuracy of the submitted data and documents
☐ Medical certificate
☐ Documents certifying foreign language knowledge, for programmes taught in foreign languages, if applicable
Participation in the internal redistribution process (optional)
Candidates who have confirmed their obtained place and wish to participate in the internal redistribution process must select this option in the enrollment application form. By choosing participation in the redistribution process, candidates agree to the possibility of changing their programme and/or form of funding, depending on the options declared during registration and the available places.
For redistribution:
– towards state-funded places – submitting the original Baccalaureate diploma is required (if it has not already been submitted)
– towards fee-paying places – payment of the 500 lei advance tuition fee is required
Candidates admitted preliminarily who DO NOT VALIDATE their admission file and/or do not confirm their obtained place during 01–02 August 2026 will lose their place, be declared rejected, and the vacant places will become available for internal redistribution.
Accommodation in student dormitories: admitted candidates can also complete the dormitory accommodation procedure during the enrollment period – 02 August 2026 (09:00 – 14:00).
