Scientific communication session

Deadline for student registration: April 30, 2026, 12:00 PM
In special cases, there is the possibility to register the work on the day of the defense, directly to the examination committee; in this case, the paper will not appear in the printed program, but will be included in the progress report of the section as an additional paper and will be able to apply for the prizes offered.

Awards
For each section, there are 4 awards in the amount of 400 lei, 300 lei, 200 lei, and 100 lei respectively
If two or more submissions cannot be distinguished based on their scores following the evaluation, the committee may decide to award the same prize to those with identical scores. In this case, the financial award at the category level is divided among the winning submissions.

Presentation (+ deadline for uploading materials)
The duration of each presentation will be approximately 10 minutes; any electronic means of the presentation can be used (slideshow, film, etc…) and practical demonstrations. It is recommended to make a ppt and a demo video of a maximum of 3 minutes, accompanied by a short article 8-16 pg (template).
