EMPATEHNICO – TECHNICAL AND EMPATHIC DESIGN WORKSHOP

Students from the Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages participated in Empatehnico, a workshop organized by OPEN MINDS in collaboration with the Down Plus Association, Raiffeisen Bank, and IBM Romania. The event aimed to develop an application for young people with Down syndrome using design thinking methods.

📅 Over four days, students explored the significance of a design workshop, openly discussed the challenges associated with Down syndrome, and combined learning with interactive games and engaging presentations to ultimately create innovative prototypes to assist the beneficiaries.
