France Excellence Romania Scholarships Program 2026-2027

The launch event for the France Excellence Romania Scholarships Program 2026-2027 will take place on December 10, from 9:30 to 12:00, at the French Institute of Romania (77 Dacia Blvd., Bucharest).

The program is intended for Master’s students, PhD candidates and researchers, and offers an opportunity to learn about the different academic mobility programs provided by the French Embassy in Romania.
