All students who have applied for accommodation in the FILS dormitories were required to complete the accommodation application on the portal studenti.pub.ro. Accommodation requests submitted (www.studenti.pub.ro) by September 19, 2024, will be considered.
Also, according to FILS’s decision, in the 2024-2025 academic year, students with more than 8 failed exams will be accommodated within the limits of available places, at the end of the accommodation process.
As a result of the completion of the accommodation process for first-year students (bachelor and master’s), we inform you that currently, we have approximately 90 available places (in dormitories P10, P20, P26) and approximately 50 places in dormitory P23, given that there are 160 accommodation requests from students in the 2nd to 4th years of the Bachelor’s program and 2nd-year Master’s program.
Consequently, tomorrow we will leave the alphabetical order procedure and prioritize the accommodation of students based on their descending grade average from the last academic year.
Therefore, tomorrow morning starting at 9 AM, students who submitted a request by September 19th, 2024, and have an average grade above 8 are expected to come for accommodation.
Within the limits of available spots, we will try to provide accommodation for all FILS students (either tomorrow or during the redistribution phase of accommodation spots at the university level, which will take place throughout October).
*Student preferences will only be considered if the availability situation at the time of accommodation allows it. *Tentatively, the accommodation of students with an average grade below 8 will begin around 12 PM.
Note1 – Students who were not assigned to the FILS dormitories in the first phase may receive an allocation in other dormitories in the Regie Complex during the redistribution phase, within the limits of available places.
Note2 – Accommodation in the P1 and P20 dormitories is based on performance criteria and not by ensuring continuity.
