Registration for the JULY 2024 diploma exam

ALL DOCUMENTS ARE UPLOADED INTO THE STUDENT ACCOUNT ON THE PAGE: http://www.studenti.pub.ro/, between 17.06 – 28.06.2024 and brought in person to the secretariat and commission secretary:

Necessary conditions for registration:

  • COMPLETED SCHOOL STATUS – 240 CREDIT POINTS (THE STUDENT DECLARED A GRADUATE IN THE ACCOUNT OR FROM studenti.pub.ro)

  • ALL TAXES PAID

  • THE COMPLETE REGISTRATION FILE must contain:

    1. Baccalaureate diploma – submitted to the file
    2. application to register for the exam ; the form is obtained from the faculty website, filled in, and signed by the graduate
    3. proof of delivery of the diploma project, issued by the secretary of the diploma examination committee; Program secretari
    4. copy of the ID or passport;
    5. originality declaration
    6. proof of completion of the employability questionnaire from https://studenti.pub.ro/
    7. two photos that were taken recently, on photographic paper, color, 3×4 cm format
    8. copy of the Letter/Order of the Ministry accepting studies (only for foreign students).
    9. similarity report. The similarity report is generated by the coordinating professor, sent to the student who attaches it to the declaration of originality. The coordinating professors will make sure that the report contains the student’s name + title of bachelor thesis/dissertation. In CFILS, a maximum similarity percentage of 35% was voted. The similarity report is signed by the author and the coordinator

Registration for the JUNE 2024 dissertation exam

ALL DOCUMENTS ARE UPLOADED IN THE STUDENT ACCOUNT ON THE PAGE: http://www.studenti.pub.ro/, between 10.06.2024– 21.06.2024 and brought in person to the secretariat and commission secretary

The candidates’ registrations for this exam are registered at the FILS secretariat, between 10.06 – 21.06.2024, DURING THE PROGRAM FOR WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC 10:00 AM-2:00 PM

  • COMPLETED SCHOOL STATUS – 120 CREDIT POINTS (THE STUDENT DECLARED A GRADUATE IN THE ACCOUNT OR FROM studenti.pub.ro)

  • ALL TAXES PAID

  • THE COMPLETE REGISTRATION FILE must contain:
    1. Baccalaureate diploma – submitted to the file
    2. application to register for the exam ; the form is obtained from the faculty website, filled in, and signed by the graduate

    4. copy of the ID or passport;
    5. originality declaration
