School fees and contracts

In order to sign the study contracts for the 2023/2024 academic year, the group leaders designated by the students will go to the secretariat according to the attached schedule for picking up the study contracts.

After the holographic signing of the study contracts by each individual student, the group leader will submit them to the year secretary within 6 days of their collection.

Fee-paying students must bear in mind that when signing the study contract, they must have the fee payment receipt for the 1st semester of the 2023/2024 academic year uploaded to their student account.

Students with arrears must bear in mind that when signing the study contract, they must upload the payment receipt for the outstanding subjects they will participate in in the 2023/2024 academic year. After uploading the proof of payment to the account on, they have the obligation to notify the secretariat by phone or email (year secretary).

Failure to sign the study contract leads to expulsion.

Important: 1st year students (bachelor’s/master’s) have the obligation to appoint a student group leader. Once the group leader is appointed, he has the obligation to notify the secretariat by email or telephone.

Regulation for students repeating 4th year: H_77

School fees must be paid into the accounts specified as follows: with name, surname, group and specifying what the pay is for (semester fee/failed exam). The beneficiary is UPB-FILS-specialization (e.g. CTI -E/F/G) – accounts


To get back 50% of the value of RATB subscriptions, the following must be submitted to the secretariat:

  • Form request completed and signed
  • Tally sheet completed and signed by the owner
  • RATB receipts
  • Xerox copy of the RATB card
  • Editable RATB discount template
